As IT Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence, governance, and alignment with strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role blends technical expertise with strategic leadership, emphasizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, cloud technologies, and business systems integration. You will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, system modernization, and organizational growth through technology-driven initiatives. Accountabilities:

• Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop project charters, detailed plans, and secure necessary approvals for resource allocation and funding.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate sprint planning, and manage cross-functional team execution.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Produce executive reports, dashboards, and project documentation in compliance with governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and enhancing project delivery quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT project management experience, with proven success in ERP, CRM, MDM, EDW, or business transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Power BI, Visio, and other project management/collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and business systems integration.
• Knowledge of process optimization, Lean Six Sigma, and regulatory/compliance standards (e.g., FDA CSV) preferred.
• PMP and/or CSM certification is advantageous.
