Now hiring licensed Estheticians/Cosmetologists to join our amazing team at European Wax Center Kildeer! Salary Range: $17 - $50+ / hour Compensation and Benefits

Typical Hourly Compensation (includes base, tips, and commission)

• Following Training: $17 - $24 / hour
• 4-6 Months after start: $25 - $32 / hour
• Approaching 1 year and beyond: $33 - $50+ / hour

What we are looking for:

• Willingness to work regularly scheduled 3 to 5 days (20-35 hours) per week. Availability on Sundays, Monday evenings, Thursday evenings, and Friday evenings.
• Current Illinois Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Team-players who are empathic, coachable, and open-minded.
• Compassionate, positive outlook, and coping skills.
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move around while waxing for the majority of each shift.
