Perform daily safety audits and jobsite inspections.
Document findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Participate in weekly D&L safety meetings and all customer-led safety meetings.
Assist the Safety Manager with safety training and new hire orientations.
Help develop and improve safety materials and training programs.
Provide first aid as needed and maintain first aid supplies.
3–5 years of safety experience in a construction environment.
OSHA 510 preferred.
Degree or certification in Occupational Health & Safety is a plus.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to perform thorough safety audits and inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with safety software is a plus.
First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Sit or stand for up to 15 hours per shift.
Climb ladders (up to 20 ft) and stairs (up to 120 ft).
Lift 50 lbs unassisted.
Bend, stoop, climb, or crawl as needed.
Wear required PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hat, harness, etc.).
Work in dusty/dirty environments and extreme temperatures (0°F–120°F).
