Gpac is working with a well-established growing national food manufacturer company is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor (3PM-11PM) for one of their facilities in southern Indiana .

This role is critical in ensuring production lines run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with food safety standards. The right leader will thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive productivity, and motivate employees to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate 2nd shift production employees to achieve daily goals
• Oversee throughput, yield, safety, and quality on assigned lines
• Ensure strict compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, OSHA, and company policies
• Schedule and manage staffing, attendance, and time-off approvals for direct reports
• Partner with Maintenance, QA, Safety, HR, and Shipping to resolve issues quickly
• Promote a safe and positive team culture while maintaining discipline and performance standards
• Review and manage production reports to ensure efficiency and customer requirements are met
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food manufacturing experience
• 5+ years of leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with Tray Sealer, Thermoforming, or Flow Wrapping equipment strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, HACCP, SOPs, and SSOPs
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and motivate teams
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
